Risotto is one of the most beloved dishes in Italy and every region has its own style and preparation. My Risotto Mix requires no special ingredients and no prior cooking skills - just simply add some oil and water and you can impress guests (and yourself!) with a delicious, chef-quality dish.

This Risotto Mix is a classical combination of mushrooms, tomatoes, Mediterranean herbs, oregano, and rosemary. Mushroom risotto has its origins in the Lombardy region of Italy and is currently enjoyed across the whole world. The ingredients harmoniously work together to create a taste that is simple, yet extremely satisfying. 

The 360g package will feed 4 people. 
Ingredients: Risotto rice, dried hokaido pupmpkin and figs, spices, salt.

This Risotto Mix is a classical combination of mushrooms, tomatoes, Mediterranean herbs, oregano, and rosemary. Mushroom risotto has its origins in the Lombardy region of Italy and is currently enjoyed across the whole world. The ingredients harmoniously work together to create a taste that is simple, yet extremely satisfying. 

360g package will feed 4 people. 
Ingredients: Risotto rice, dried tomatoes and mushrooms, spices, dryed herbs, salt.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil on medium heat in a deep frying pan. 
Add the Risotto Mix and stir it well to coat the rice with oil.
Pour in 100-150ml white wine and cook until the alcohol has fully evaporated. Add 850ml hot water, stir a little, and cover with a lid. 
Simmer on low heat until the water has been fully absorbed.
Optional: Add butter to enrichen the flavor. Serve with grated parmesan.
