Debed Life - Accommodation Terms
Visiting & Arrival

Debed Life is a shared living home. To protect the privacy and comfort of our guests, visits are accepted by appointment only.
If you wish to visit Debed Life, please contact us in advance through any of our official communication channels.
Guests dining at Perle may ask our staff for an introduction to the Debed Life premises.
Quiet Hours
To maintain a calm and respectful shared living atmosphere, we observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. During this time, we ask guests to keep noise to a minimum and respect other guests’ rest and privacy
Guests with Children
Debed Life is designed for adults and shared living.
We are able to accommodate guests aged 12 years and older only and kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot host younger children.
Payment
- A 50% prepayment of the total booking price is required to confirm your reservation.
- The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.
- We accept all major credit cards.
Cancellation & Changes
The prepayment is non-refundable.
Date changes are possible subject to availability, provided the request is made at least 7 days before check-in.
To cancel or modify your booking, please contact us directly through any available communication channel.
If Debed Life must cancel your reservation, you will receive:
A full refund of your prepayment
A 10% discount on your next stay as a gesture of appreciation
General Terms
Conduct & Respect
We ask all guests to respect other guests’ privacy, our staff, the property, artwork, and surroundings We reserve the right to refuse service or accommodation in case of behavior that disrupts others or damages property.
Care for Nature & Property
We kindly ask all guests to treat our indoor and outdoor spaces with care. Plants, trees, herbs, and garden elements are an integral part of our living environment and are not to be picked, damaged, or removed.
In case of damage, restoration fees may apply, starting from 10,000 AMD, depending on the extent of the impact.
Liability
While we take great care to provide a safe and comfortable environment, Debed Life and Perle cannot be held responsible for personal belongings and accidents beyond our reasonable control
Perle - Restaurant & Events terms
Reservations
Reservations for dining, events, or curated gastronomic experiences are recommended, especially during weekends and special events. Walk-ins are accepted subject to availability.
For private celebrations, corporate events, workshops, or weddings, reservations are confirmed individually based on agreed terms.
Cancellations (Restaurant & Events)
Restaurant reservations should be cancelled or adjusted as early as possible.
For events and group bookings, cancellation terms depend on the nature and scale of the event and will be outlined in your individual agreement.
Alcohol & Responsible Consumption
Alcohol is served only to guests of legal drinking age. We reserve the right to refuse service if responsible consumption cannot be ensured.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The version published on our website at the time of booking applies.
