We bake our sourdough bagels ourselves, shaping each one with time and attention. Filled with thoughtfully paired ingredients and served with a fresh side salad, they make the perfect lunch plate—satisfying, balanced, and full of character.
Artisan Bread & Pastries
At Perle, we bake delicious sourdough bread, with each piece in your bread basket handcrafted and carefully fermented over time. Our pastries are baked just like at home, reflecting family traditions and our chef’s personal touch.
