Perle’s culinary concept is a travel story narrated by its creator, Tatevik, who brings her world journeys to life through the menu. Our menu blends internationally inspired cuisine with Armenian flavors, featuring self-grown vegetables and products from local farmers, ensuring every bite is fresh, authentic, and rooted in both global and local traditions.

Our farm-to-table philosophy begins in our own garden, where we grow vegetables that shape both our menu and our way of cooking. Guided by season and region, we source meat and dairy from local producers and give clear preference to regional ingredients.
