Ambience
Perle’s interior is an inspiring dialogue between past and present. A contemporary, understated design is woven into the original structure of an old barn, where natural stone floors, reused original stones, black tuf, and handcrafted walnut furniture create a sense of grounded elegance.
Neutral tones allow the warmth of local materials to speak for themselves, while also providing a calm, refined backdrop for the art displayed throughout the space. The result is an atmosphere that feels both intentional and welcoming—rooted in place, yet open to creative expression.
Event Area
Anchored by a large walnut table seating up to 16 guests, this space is designed for shared moments—joyful family celebrations, intimate gatherings, or curated gastronomic experiences for corporate evenings. Long conversations, good food, and togetherness define the mood here.
Dining area
Here, you find yourself at the center of the restaurant’s energy, framed by a panoramic glass front that opens onto mountain scenery. Natural light, changing seasons, and the surrounding landscape become part of the dining experience, creating a constant connection between table and terrain.
Fireplace room
Once the heart of the original barn, this room has been carefully reconstructed using the same stone and original proportions. Its more intimate setting is complemented by furnishings that reflect our respect for the building’s history and the objects discovered here, offering a private and character-rich dining setting.
Lounge
Debed Life was born from the journey of a digital nomad and globetrotter searching for a place that felt both grounding and inspiring. What began as a personal retreat evolved into a home base for like-minded travelers—people who seek authenticity, design, calm rhythm, and meaningful human connection.
Terrace
Dining outdoors means being surrounded by lush greenery and a living garden of Mediterranean herbs, chilies, and cherry tomatoes—grown in place of decorative plants. This is where our farm-to-table philosophy becomes tangible, and meals unfold in direct conversation with nature.
